The Great Calamity: The Invasion Spreads

Evacuation efforts continued for a full year. At that time it seemed like there was nobody left to save. The Floating Lands were above the shore of a completely different part of the world.

As the final set of balloons made their way across the floating landscape, a young elf woman, covered in tattoos finally decided to let herself be rescued. The red-nosed dwarf beckoned to her in silence so as not to attract any monsters. She jogged out of the forest. She tripped. This was strange, she had never tripped before. The wicker basket attached to the balloon began to slide. The mountains of the lands below began to peak above the Island's edge. The Floating Lands were descending.
